Store Frozen Due to Payment Failures

Hello, I’ve been a Shopify merchant for over 7-8 years, but I’m currently facing a critical issue with my store, https://fancypantsthestore.com/. My store has been frozen due to payment failures, and despite reaching out to support, the resolution process has been significantly delayed.

I’ve been assured multiple times that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but it hasn’t been. Now, I’m being informed it could take 3-5 working days. Adding to the frustration, I’m not even able to get a clear status update on what exactly is happening.

We are deeply dissatisfied with this process. It is unacceptable that a billing issue is taking 3-5 days to resolve, especially during New Year—a critical time when our campaigns are live, and customer activity is at its peak. This lack of urgency and transparency is causing severe disruption to our business and significant financial losses.

It is extremely frustrating that no immediate assistance or live resolution options are available for such urgent matters. I strongly urge Shopify to reevaluate its support processes and provide better solutions for merchants in situations like these.
