I have a store with INR currency as base currency and even though i use geo location and currency conversion apps , yet one or another error remains there and customer is not comfortable in buying and getting billed in INR…how can i get US , UK and Canadian customers and bill them in their local currency??
Hey Dev_Shoppe,
In countries and regions where local currency billing is supported, Shopify issues bills in a local currency instead of in USD. When your bills are issued in your local currency, it can reduce the amount that you pay in currency exchange fees. In addition, you can predict some recurring expenses, such as your Shopify subscription, more easily because they’re priced at a set cost in your local currency.
To show the prices to customers in their local currency on Shopify you can go next to the name of the market, click Manage. Next to Products and pricing, click Manage. In the Pricing section, check Show prices to customers in their local currency. If you want to turn off local currencies, uncheck Show prices to customers in their local currency.
Best Regards,
Harsh
