I provided all the documents required to activate my account, it had been in operation for 1 week, last Friday February 16 without any reason or message they deactivated my account and I have not received the money from my sales either, I only received messages that I was reviewing but nothing conclusive.
What happens in these cases, how long does it take to respond, activate the account again or at least send the funds to the bank account of the account owner.
It is worth clarifying that I validated with all my clients and they paid without incident and already received the third, they have not claimed any of the payment.

I have been contacting them every 3 days and they tell me that they are working on the solution but it has been more than 10 days and they do not respond, it seems that they have stolen the money from my sales.
I appreciate your frustration with the wait times and can assue you that when our team have an update to provide you will be contacted. I would recommend refraining from emailing with such regularity as doing so may push your ticket further down the queue. Do you have a ticket number you can share with me for this issue?

It is incredible that a company the size of Shoppify takes so much time to even respond and now to solve a problem of this type of severity!

They just responded to me today to tell me that they will retain the money from my sales for until June 15, 4 months!!!, Shopify is a scam, they only want toy steal money, what excuse do you have to retain the money for 4 months?
