Hello, I have been trying to set up an online store however it keeps getting taken down before I have the chance to launch it. The first time my account was terminated without telling me the reason or warning. It just said that I violated the Shopify AUP. However, when I reviewed the AUP, my store had nothing that met the criteria to be taken down. My second account was terminated just now without reason or warning. I have had NOTHING that violates the terms and conditions of Shopify. I have been ignored by email when I just ask for what reason I keep getting terminated. Is anyone else having this problem? Shopify, if you’re reading this, please help.
