Hey @Kgarego In a website show casing the products is not enough. It’s also included to design a site professionality. Like setting up all pages including home page, product page, collection page, policies etc. this is my hope review hope you like if this help full to you then don’t forget to like and mark as solution on it
Hello @Kgarego Thanks for reaching out to Shopify community to get the feedback for your store. There are few things that I noticed instantly on visiting the website.
These are the few things I noticed for now. Thanks
hey nice to see the progress! you clearly took the feedback from your last thread seriously. the store is looking way more put together now.
next thing i’d focus on is the product imagery. consistent, lifestyle-forward photos will take it from “decent store” to “i trust this brand.” we use Prodofoto to generate those kinds of shots from basic product photos. even just updating your homepage hero and top sellers with lifestyle images would make a big visual difference.
Thank you so much for the warm response
Hi, @Kgarego
The website has a good foundation and clean design, but it still feels more like a standard Shopify template than a strong brand.
The homepage should communicate the product value and brand identity more clearly.
Trust signals such as reviews, policies, social media, and brand storytelling should be strengthened.
Product pages need more conversion-focused content and information.
Mobile experience and SEO/content strategy still have room for improvement.
The logo is currently too large and takes up excessive visual space in the header.
The footer layout could be improved to look more structured and visually balanced.
The main opportunity is building a stronger and more memorable brand identity.

Hi @Kgarego Your store has a clean and visually appealing foundation. The product photography is strong, consistent, and clearly communicates a soft, premium “baby gift” positioning. That part is working well.
However, there are several issues holding it back:
1. Brand trust is weak. Right now, the site feels like a dropshipping storefront rather than a real brand:
You need to answer: Why should someone trust you with their baby purchase?
2. Homepage lacks direction. The hero banner is generic and wasted space:
Also: Add sections like “Best Sellers”, “Popular Names”, “Gift Sets”, etc. Reduce empty browsing and guide users to purchase
3. Pricing vs perceived value mismatch. Your pricing (e.g., R410) is not cheap, so users expect:
At the moment, the site doesn’t justify the price psychologically.
4. Navigation and structure. Menu is too basic:
Also missing: Search optimization (important for stores with multiple SKUs)
5. Delivery messaging is inconsistent. You mention:
That’s confusing and long. For impulse gift buyers, this is a conversion killer. You need clearer and more confident messaging.
6. No strong conversion triggers. Missing elements:
TL;DR:
What’s working well:
What to fix first (priority):
If you fix just those, conversion rate should improve noticeably. Hope this helps ![]()
I took a quick look at store, and the layout is looking much cleaner! One thing that really stands out as a trust builder for me is how smoothly your product pages load. In 2026, site speed and stability are everything.
Since you’ve been working on challenges, I’d suggest double-checking your mobile navigation. Most shoppers will be on their phones, so making sure your product variants and Add to Cart buttons are front-and-center (with no layout shifts or flicker) will be your secret weapon for conversions.
