Store Name same as Domain when Google Search

Hi there,

I’ve attached an image for better understanding. Basically, the store name, e.g. Investopedia, does not come up, but rather investopedia.com in the highlighted bit, same as the blue underlined bit.

Any reason as to why this is happening? I know it’s not my store name as I have changed that.

please check the homepage title under Online store > Preferences

If it doesn’t help check on Google search console.
