Thank you for your help. I was experiencing the same issue. I checked all the links you sent and the I get this error in the Shopify support chat box: “An unexpected error occurred”.
This is the only way I could access my store:

downloading Shopify app
-
login and finding the store link. example: 1234xyz.myshopify.com

using that link in the browser
-
clicking the sign-in link at the bottom of page: “are you the store owner? sing in here!”
