Hi Maz, Cleared the cache and did what you said. It only screwed up everything in my browser lost so many passwords and stuff, but no it still does not work. I cannot connect with support the “chat extension” does not work, it just gives an error. Please what is going on?

Hi Maz, Yes, it is still just doing the same thing… 4 weeks now… I am paying for a service I cannot use… Payment system to shopify platform working 100%, but user access to platform 15%… As you can see I am very unhappy.

Hi Maz,

I have been experiencing the same issue as above now for 3 weeks and counting.

I cannot get into my shop, I cannot do business, I do not get response from support, but I am paying.
