- My store’s website is not loading on Chrome, however, it does load on FireFox and Safari.
- I bought three urls after changing my branding three times. All three are Shopify domains, not 3rd party.
- When I try to open the site (flashpointmining.com) on Chrome it defaults to my old url (flashpointshop.com) and displays “This site can’t be reached”.
- Why is it defaulting to my old url? This is still happening after 48 hours.
- My website should only be flashpointmining.com – I have disconnected my older urls I think.
- Is there another way to disconnect/deactivate the older urls?
Hey @jrowlett22 .
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate that you have included your online store URL as that is very helpful! I was able to successfully load into your online store using the Google Chrome browser with the domain displaying flashpointmining.com.
Did you happen to have any customers reach out to you about this? I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your Google Chrome browser and then try to navigate to your online store once again.
Let me know if that does the trick, looking forward to your response!

Hi Ollie. Yes, that worked! I hadn’t thought of that. Thank you so much.
