I wondered if there was a way to receive notifications (as the store owner) when a customer hasn’t added a product to their cart after a certain amount of time.
Example, my store (https://uk.p448.com/)).
I am in the UK (GMT)
My external developer is in Mexico (CDT)
My external developer released a change last night (Wednesday 11pm GMT) while I was asleep.
This morning I have gone online to see the change he released has caused an issue with my site, and no one in the EU has been able to checkout since 11pm Wednesday.
I’m now sat here waiting for my dev to come online to fix his issue - meanwhile losing a lot of sales on my site.
Is there a way to set up notifications when something hasn’t happened for a while?
Example -
If no one has checked out for 1 hour - send me a notification.
If no one has added a product to their cart for 1 hour - send me a notification
I have Googled this, and everything I find talks about Abandon Cart emails sent to customers - this isn’t what I want.
I’ve got Pingdom set up to notify me when the site goes down - this also doesn’t do what I want.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
