I’m a software developer working on solutions for Shopify store owners, and I want to make sure I’m building something that solves real problems - not just adding another app to an already crowded marketplace.

I’d love to hear from you about the operational challenges you face daily:

What I’m curious about:

  • Which tasks take up the most time in your day-to-day operations?
  • What problems cost you the most money (lost sales, refunds, wasted time)?
  • What do you currently handle manually that you wish was automated?
