Hi everyone, I was wondering if you could review my store and comment on how to improve, what’s good and specially what type of advertising technique you recommend for me. As of now, I’ve tried many (paid meta ads, organic, influencer), but none have worked, so any marketing tips are more than welcome.
Also, as per my store review, I have some ideas which I wanted to share to see if you approve them.
Set up a landing page for broad ads about my store with section like “Shop by Need” block, “First Step” block with video about my water flosser, plus anything that comes up to mind for you.
Shorten my product descriptions to 3-5 bullet points so customers don’t get saturated.
Move my “Why Comari” content in my product pages (sections talking about my store rather than product) to the About page.

One thing you can do is install an app that makes browser tab text move when the tab is inactive. This will get people’s attention and make them come back to your store.

it could be worth considering an A/B test approach so you can test whether this change impacts your store positively before pushing it to all customers
Your ideas are very good. A landing page focused on just a few categories with clear sections like “Shop by Need” and an intro video could help translate better from more general ads. Short bullet lists keep attention. Shifting the brand story to About enriches the product page walls. For marketing, test targeted meta campaigns, TikTok creatives, and email retargeting for abandoned carts.

Hi @Comari , your store is beautiful. From a UX point of view, there is nothing to criticize; the colors, design, and contrast are all excellent.
However, you appear to be facing challenges with marketing. I can see that you have tried Meta ads and email marketing, but they have not been effective, which is understandable.
My advice is to temporarily pause paid ads. At this stage, they tend to burn budget and are often ineffective early on. In the initial phase of launching a store, SEO should be your main focus, as it is low cost and delivers long-term results that can last for years.
You should plan blog content related to your core products, such as informational articles, product comparisons (for example, “10 Best Water Flossers for 2026”), and how-to guides. Over time, Google will recognize you as an expert in this niche, increasing the chances of your site being recommended to users.
Hi there @Comari starting with the suggestions you made in the post, I think all three are really good to be honest most especially the one about shortening the product descriptions. As someone who shops online myself, it’s a huge turn off personally when the product descriptions seem way too long in my opinion.
As for any extra suggestions, I think everything in the store looks very well placed and in order. For marketing or advertising, I’ll just advice you maybe get a specialist in social media marketing especially with the paid ads to help you out with that.
