Store Review Please

Hi,

I would love to get some feedback on the newly redesigned store - Thank you for any input!

Thank You! Philippe

Check your return policy, looks like you have 2 addresses for returns.

I’d remove the “Powered by Shopify” below the footer.

Maybe add a video on homepage. If you can set a promo video production budget, It’d go nice as a hero banner.

About Us looks good. However, the images on beneficiary page don’t fit right on mobile.

You’ve been around a long time, have you thought about registering your trademarks?

Good to see some actual physical presence in this community :ok_hand:

I’d find a way to get real world customers to give a review on the site. So far there are only 3.

Hello MONDProducts, I just checked out your newly redesigned store, it is honestly well structured. The store presents a clean, modern design with strong visual branding, and the homepage communicates the product’s benefits clearly. Navigation is smooth and user-friendly, and the brand story adds a personal and credible touch. The variety of payment options is also reassuring for customers.

At the same time, expanding the product range could enhance the shopping experience, and ensuring the main product remains in stock may help reduce any potential customer disappointment. Adding verified customer reviews would further support trust for new visitors, and providing clearer information for international buyers such as shipping details, delivery timelines, and customs guidance could make the store even more accessible to a wider audience.

Hey, just checked your store. The redesign looks clean and professional, and the product is presented nicely. With a single-product store, the biggest win usually comes from adding a bit more structure around the offer instead of just showing the item on its own.

One thing you could try is creating a simple “value stack” or multi-unit option, like 2-pack or 3-pack with a small save. It works similarly to a bundle but made for single-product stores, and beauty shoppers tend to grab multiples when they see a clear deal.

Everything else looks smooth visually, so tightening the offer like that can give you a stronger push on conversions.

Hi @MONDproducts! Here’s some feedback on what could be improved to help boost conversions and trust:

  • Add trust badges + transparent shipping & return info to product pages, then watch if cart abandonment decreases.
  • Run a speed and mobile usability check to confirm the site feels smooth on phones — if not, optimize image sizes or layout.
  • Refine your homepage copy to clearly show your brand identity / unique selling point (USP) — what makes “MondProducts” special.

Hope that helps !

Thank you for your input. Much appreciated. The reviews are from real clients LRM users lol, will ask for more reviews though. Yes, trademark is registered since 2017 and extended last year plus we became a LLC. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your input! Really appreciate it! Yes, we’re working on adding three more products next year and you are correct. We might have the risk of running out of inventory so we have to be very careful with the others. Greatly appreciate your input thank you so much.

Thank you so much for pointing out the two different addresses. I just corrected that you’re awesome!!! Really appreciate you taking the time. :folded_hands:

Hi Adoric, thank you so much for input. I really appreciate you taking the time means the world to me. We are planning on a special: Order 5 LRM pay for 4! But you are correct with a single product is challenging. I should come up with something else.

hi, thank you so much for checking out my store. I really appreciate you taking the time. And thank you for pointing out the USP idea! Philippe

Thanks for you reply.
If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.

Hi Philippe,
Thank you so much for the kind words! Your store already has a strong foundation, and once you refine your USP, it’s going to feel even more cohesive and compelling to shoppers. Happy to help anytime!

Hi, @MONDproducts

I reviewed your store along with the PageSpeed report - overall it’s a clean design, but there are a few areas where UX, performance, and conversion can be improved.

  1. Hero section (clarity + speed)
  • Add a clear problem ⇒ solution headline + stronger CTA
  • Compress the hero image and avoid effects on first load

2.Add real-use context (UX + trust)

Right now it’s a bit product-focused but not usage-focused.

  • Add lifestyle/usage images or short demos
  • Show how the product is actually used (reduces hesitation)
  1. Product page (conversion)
  • Add 3–5 bullet benefits near Add to Cart
  • Move reviews/guarantees closer to CTA
  • Add a short “why choose this” section
  • Show a quick review snippet or trust badge higher up (not just lower sections)
  1. UX flow (site-specific gap)
Structure content: What it is ⇒ How it works ⇒ Results ⇒ CTA
This will make the journey clearer for new users

  2. Mobile performance (from your report)
Your PageSpeed Report shows slow LCP + script delay, mainly from heavy first load.

  • Compress hero image (use WebP, smaller size)
  • Avoid effects/animations on the first screen
  • Remove or delay non-essential apps/scripts

Overall, your store is visually strong- optimizing the hero section and simplifying the first load on mobile will significantly improve both speed and user experience.

If you’re still looking to improve speed after these fixes, you can find Website Speedy useful for additional optimization though it is completely optional to use.
