We are developing an app for Shopify and are in the review stage. The app review team has raised an issue that we can’t reproduce ourselves, and which we can’t figure out properly. To summarize the problem, it’s about that the merchants are prompted to select a store after clicking on “install app”.
To quote their feedback:
"5. Store selection after the OAuth = New concern
- We are being asked to choose a store where the app will be installed. This must not be happening as the app must be installed to the very store where the OAuth happens. See this screencast for details."
We can’t reproduce this when testing the app on development store, but it seems to happen when they are testing it on a managed store. Does anyone have a clue what we are missing?
