Store shutdown. Domain bought with Shopify

Hi there,

My store was shutdown by Shopify last week for being of high risk. I had two products listed. One was a hoodie and the other was a hat. Both were of an original design. I had my website active but I had no sales. I asked how my store was shutdown for being high risk - they told me that they could not give me anymore information and I could not dispute it.

I bought a domain with Shopify that I would like to retrieve. I also would like to resubscribe to a monthly plan but would like to contact a Shopify support member to make sure I set everything up the right way so I do not get shut down again. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the direction in doing so.
