Hello Stefanos, After reviewing your information and website scrubsy.de we have determined that you are in violation of Section 4.4 of the I just got this email today , They closed my store i was in the process of scaling it to 20.000Euro daily, I have multiple stores on Shopify which i did over 2 million in revenue with my name is “Stefanos Kessaris Adress: Fischertal” The product i was selling is a product that is non branded and does not got a copyright i do not sell in the name of another brand i got my own brand. There is multiple stores running the same product! I will just move all my stores to another platform if you are unable to help me with this matter. I never run into such a problem and never got even a DMCA for this store i advise you to help me on this matter it cant be so easy to close a store without a reason i never broke any laws or copyright laws * My url : Scrubsy.de |

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the message you received as well as that information about your business. I recognize that having your store closed suddenly by our business operations and risk team is never a great situation to be in.
Our support team that manages the forums here does not have access to any store internals or have any information on the situation with your store. The same will go for any of our standard support channels as well.
Our risk operations team only communicates through email to ensure an accurate record of communication being sent between Shopify and the merchant. While not to discourage you from action, many times these decisions are final or are very difficult to overturn. If you would like to request a review of this decision please reply back to the email you received and the agent handling your ticket will follow up with you about this.

Thank you for your reply, What is happening here? Why you shut down my store just like without a reason? What is with my orders and customers that are wanting to track their products? I dont understand this if i was selling replicas or anything which is against the law i would completely understand this but if you look at the product you will know there is nothing wrong
