Store Terminated After Shopify Payments Disabled – Documents Already Submitted (Urgent Help Needed)

Hello everyone,

I have been successfully running my business on Shopify for the past 5–6 months without any issues. A few days ago, I created a new store for expansion.

During setup, before completing Shopify Payments, I contacted support for assistance. While adding my bank details, I was advised to use my personal name instead of my business account name. I followed that instruction.

However, after receiving only 7 orders, my Shopify Payments were suddenly disabled, and shortly after, my store was completely terminated. I now cannot access the store, which means I am unable to fulfill my customers’ orders.

This is very confusing because:

  • My old store is still running smoothly

  • I used the same business documents

I have already submitted all required documents through support for verification.
