My store Ada Frames (adaframes.com) was terminated on April 18, 2026 for suspected illegitimate commerce practices. I have submitted a full appeal with all required documentation including government ID, business license, supplier invoices, and shipping records from my other active Shopify store.
I am an established Shopify merchant with multiple active stores and a verified fulfillment partner who was already connected to the store as a collaborator at the time of termination. I have pending customer orders that I need to fulfill urgently to prevent chargebacks.

I would greatly appreciate if a moderator could pass this along to the internal team for review. Thank you.
Hi @RudyAlmagor
Terminations of this nature are generally associated with broad risk signals and not a single signal. Now that you’ve filed a complete appeal, concentrate on submitting clear evidence of order fulfillment, including tracking information, and supplier relationships that are specific to this store. Maintaining documentation synced and straight through the point is your best bet to speed up in-house review and increase your chances.
hey @SealSubs-Roan Yes i have a lot of information about payments and invoices from my main supplier i was about to use for this new store, but no invoice for the new store as my supplier dont have acces anymore, because store is invalid, so it will be valid with my other invoices i have on my other stores right? My supplier was already connected with this new store and was readdy to fulfill and send me invoice on monday (tomorrow) but yes not it’s not possible anymore
, do you think the informion i have from my other stores with the same supplier will be useful for submitting my appeal? I did it like that, hopefully i can get it back because i ahd already over 2K in sales
