My store Zyrachic.com was terminated on April 20, 2026 for suspected illegitimate commerce practices. I have submitted a full appeal with all required documentation including government ID, business details, supplier invoices, and shipping records from my other active Shopify store.
I am an established Shopify merchant with multiple active stores and a verified fulfillment process already in place. I have pending customer orders that I need to fulfill urgently to prevent chargebacks.
During the setup process, Shopify Support instructed me to use my personal name instead of my business bank account name, which I followed exactly.
