My store has now been closed for over 2 months and I’m loosing patience.

This is actually the third time this happened to me, with that store, and everytime it was due to some misunderstanding, and i’m quite sure this is also the case here.

We have been trying to talk to the trust and Safety team, but either they take 2 weeks to respond or do not respond at all.

I always had high regards concerning shopify, its products and its support, but this experience was quite shocking as you may understand.

Our business was closed just like that, and there is nothing we can do about it, even thought it might just be a misunderstanding. We’ve been trying to find a solution, but the Trust and Safety team just ignores our mails or only responds to a few points. I don’t know what to do anymore.
