I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out for support regarding a frustrating situation I’ve encountered with my Shopify stores.
Recently, I experienced the termination of two stores: the first was terminated just one day after its creation, and the second, which had successfully completed 80 sales, was also shut down after we submitted the required documentation twice. In both cases, I was not provided with a clear explanation or any guidance on how to resolve the issues.
I want to clarify that this is a completely new firm, and I have never violated any policies under my name or my company. Additionally, I recently moved to a new location, and from the beginning, I’ve faced challenges even with creating basic Google profiles. I’m concerned that this could be perceived as suspicious activity, potentially linked to any previous residents of this address.
I can provide documentation confirming my recent move, including the date I relocated and proof of my first rent payment. I have submitted all the necessary documentation requested by Shopify and am confident that I have adhered to all platform rules.
Despite my efforts, I am still left without answers and feel uncertain about the next steps I can take. I’m also wondering if any legal actions could help expedite the store recovery process.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation or have any advice on how to communicate effectively with Shopify support? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
