Store unavailable after I ordered an item

I ordered an item on 18 January 2023 in the following website.

My order No # 1003

I found their ad on Youtube and decided to purchase an item . First time I used Shopify. Now the store shows unavailable.

Never thought I 'll face such situation with Shopify like renowned site.

Please assist me on this regard. Thanks…Raju.

I can understand and appreciate your concern with your order. Shopify is the website and shopping cart service some merchants use to run their online stores. However, we do not manage the shipping or sales of the store. We advise replying via the original order notification email you would have received. Suppose you don’t receive your order in a reasonable amount of time. In that case, you can always reach out to PayPal or your credit card provider for further options regarding your payment and possible refund options. We cannot recover your money for you as we do not operate businesses on behalf of our merchants on the platform. I will say this, though, we absolutely do not condone any fraudulent activity on Shopify. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank will trigger a notification internally, which we can use to investigate the shop as needed. We will look into the store’s activity and take action where appropriate. For legal and privacy reasons, we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you.

Tried all advised methods to recover my money but nothing else. You love to take commission but don’t ready to take the responsibility ? Please talk the bank to ease my refund.

We do not take a commission from a merchant selling on their online store. We are the platform they operate on, and we do not take part in managing any stores. You must reach out to your bank for possible refund options.

I had lost my money but the same scammer is being running ad with the name of different store. Just saw the ad. This store will cheat many persons like me , please block the store and if possible try to to force him to refund us. I’ll report google also about the store.
