Hello, I wanted to report a problem to the shopify staff. When I choosed the plan and put my credit card my store immediately became unavailable. Is there any way to make it available again and does shopify get money from the card if the store is unavailable? Thanks!

Hello I’d like to report another problem, my store is still unavailable and shopify took 1 euro from me just like it was in the subscription plan and the store is still unavailable, I want to ask why is my store unavailable after shopify charged me and isnt this illegal? And shopify support doesn’t help anything with this
Still no help or anything. The shopify help center just tells basics of selling, orders and similar but not unavailable stores for no reason, please fix this. My store is unavailable and money is being taken from me, just make my store available so I can cancel the subscription.
