Well, i had a Shopify store before this almost 6 months ago. When i tried to add to payment method to that store, my store went unavailable for literally no reason. I was able to recover it after almost 8 days which greatly impacted my business. Now im here making a second store and I’m facing the same problem. Why do the store goes unavailable for literally without any kind of reason. Great work shopify. If i have to wait another 8 days this time then Shopify isn’t for me. Please reactivate within today

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, "inactive store " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
