please help i dont know why this is happening, maybe on first one it was wrong but second one definitely wasn’t, someone please help the store goes down second i click pay, we are trying to dropship. didnt even set up yet was getting the plan and inactive, doesnt show live chat in support but says it has, please help, what do i need to do? buy domain?
and NO EMAIL, cant even see payment or edit stores doesnt let me go to store admin home just takes me in a loop of support articles to get to same place, hacked?

- Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
- Click Continue without logging in
- Use the Search Bar to look into your current issue, such as “Issue with account” or “Request callback”
- Scroll down to where it says Get support and click Continue
- Choose one of the available support options
Once you’re connected with a Support Advisor, you can explain that your store is unavailable, and they can look into why that’s the case.
