Have you recently made any code changes, or edits, to your Debut theme? Or, have you previously worked with a developer or designer to customize your theme in any way? If so, I recommend reaching out to the person who you worked with to double check if this was caused by any coding changes they implemented. That way, they should be able to help you reverse this, and ensure that this black box stops appearing.
However, if you haven’t made any code changes, and since you’re using the Debut theme, this may be something that our Design team can help look into further. Hi Rae, We followed some code from this community which allowed our product photos to become sticky (which was great), unfortunately this code appears to have been responsible for these black boxes also appearing. We have now taken this code off the site entirely and the black boxes has disappeared, but we are now needing to find some new code to make our product images fixed when scrolling down the page, as at times we have quite a lot information on our product pages. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Again we are using debut theme. Thanks!
