So… When I scroll, this black horizontal bar keeps popping up on the phone. I have tried this with multiple phones, so it is not a glitch. Kindly check the attached screenshot.

Do note that the banner is most commonly found while on a product page.
As for my business, I find myself more oriented toward virtual services instead of actual products. I consider them less of a hassle on a large scale. Any advice or notes would be welcome!

I tested it on my end and I dont see the banner that you have.
Have you tried claring your cache/cookies or history? It may be a local internet connection. I recommend trying to access your store on a different device.
