STREAMLINE Theme help: Possible to have different video for desktop and mobile sites?

Hi there website below using streamline theme:

For our homepage we have a split screen style video which works great but when reduced to mobile size the layout doesn’t work

We have created a mobile version of this video (below) that we are hoping to be able to use when the site is viewed on mobile.

How may one go about achieving this?

Thanks for this! It looks like this is only set up for imagery. Also doesn’t maintain the content on top of it? I need the header copy to stay on top.
