So just to confirm, is Shopify Payments appearing still within your store, and that is what is asking you for the documents? Or were you using Stripe previously?

I am still not entirely certain of the issue facing you, but I believe you are mentioning that your business is located in Ireland, yet you are not. As a result, you are being asked to verify some documents from that banking partners. If this is the case, have you got an email from the accounts team, or can you share a screenshot of what you see within your admin? What payment gateway were you using prior to this issue?

Hi, yes, the issue is that i can’t choose Stripe because it’s no longer a gateway option.
Now i’ve got a notification from Shopify payment asking me to provide a copy of my ID cart.
Which i did, but returned wrong i guess because i’m not living in Ireland, so what’s the option with all the people that doesn’t live in the same country as their based company ?
They also ask for electricity ./ water bill which i don’t have since i don’t live in Ireland.
Just to clarify, were you previously using Stripe, or were you using Shopify payments? In order to avail of Shopify Payments, you must be operating your business from a supported country, such as Ireland. In order to validate that you are operating from within a supported country, our team requires you to provide proof of address in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or tax registration.
