Struggling to fix images that show blurry despite being optimized and compressed

Struggling to fix these blurry images despite enhancing with AI - compressing attached.

I have attached screenshots of pages / problems and clipped original images presenting problems.

Also, would be nice to remove POWR .. free slideshow of home page beneath slideshow if possible.

Lastly, how can i code the 4 small images on homepage multi column section to click and image and link to page instead of clicking on arrow beneath wording. (refer to attachment).
