Just looking for some advice. I’ve been spending a fair bit on Meta ads and I’m getting the traffic to the store, but I’m really struggling to turn that traffic into sales.
CTR and visits seem decent, but conversions just aren’t happening and it’s proving really difficult to crack.
Has anyone been through this and managed to turn it around? Any tips on what to focus on first — product page, ads, offers, trust, etc?
Most everything on your site looks like a bold-faced lie. Like you’re not even trying to hide it.
Everything, from the announcement bar to the footer, has a lie somewhere. You can’t be honest? 3,250 reviews, “we design apparel that moves with you effortlessly”, “Nové bridges high-end minimal fashion with everyday accessibility”… You want people to believe that you are a designer, and you design these clothes. Remember, they’re your words, not anyone else’s. “At NovéClo, we design apparel that moves with you effortlessly.” Words matter, and if you can’t be honest about what your business actually is, then the rest is just pff meaningless. Come on..
No one is going to believe you run a “Premium essentials” clothing brand out of your 1000 sq ft townhouse in Cosham. That’s absurd. Get real. If you did in fact have a brand, you would certainly have a lot more than 30 Facebook followers. You would be out there on the street selling your brand. And you wouldn’t feel the need to put fake reviews on your site. NovéClo isn’t even a resistered business that I can search, and if it was I’m sure you would put the company registration number on the website as required by law under Companies Act… or… more likely… you are just running a dropshipping scam and lying about it. Either way, this isn’t going anywhere. You know you’re lying about where you’re getting the clothes. The customers get a sense of that too.
Oh there’s no doubt you will get a few suckers. I mean you got suckered into this, didn’t you?
I had the same Meta ads issue: good traffic, zero conversions. For me, the problem was that people didn’t understand what made the product different. If you haven’t tested it yet, try a short video showing how it looks or feels, and rewrite the first paragraph on the product page. It helped instantly.
Generally it happens the product page or offer, not the ads. Try checking if value is clear and if the ad matches what people see on the page. You can also test affiliate, letting small creators promote your product.
