Struggling with consistent social media content Branding

Hi everyone,

I run a Fragrance Brand and struggle to create consistent social media posts without a designer. I built a small internal AI tool to solve this problem for myself, and wanted to check if other solo founders like me also face the same issue.

How are you handling social content today? What’s the hardest part, and how do you ensure your brand identity stays consistent across all social media posts?

Thanks for sharing, thats a great point. for me, its mainly the visuals like colors, layouts and overall feed harmony. Tone and storytelling matter too but I find visuals harder to keep consistent without design support, especially when posting regularly.

Hi @riyancode, I suggest you create a brand guideline for your fragrance brand with core elements such as logo, colour palette, text font, etc. Then you can create a few templates with the core elements for your social posts and reuse them for your entire social media marketing (just need to change the content for each post). That’s the simplest way to keep your posts consistent, especially when you’re a solo founder.

Maintaining consistent social media branding is a common challenge for solo founders, especially for visually-driven brands. Tools like AI-assisted design can help standardize colors, layouts, and imagery, ensuring a cohesive feed while saving time and reducing reliance on dedicated designers.

Have you tried any tools that helped you maintain that consistency?

Hello, consistency is usually the hardest part when you are making whole things alone Using simple templates helps. On the other hand you can partner with creators in your niche so they can promote your products.

Hi there @riyancode It’s nice to see you were able to develop a tool to address this situation, it is something I have seen a lot of store owners both past and present struggle with. I have found that a lot of successful stores that manage to maintain their brand image in all their posts usually have an expert content strategist to handle that aspect of the business for them.
