I’ve recently implemented an online store via shopify using Reformation - Glamour as my theme.

I’ve configured the store but when I’m trying to test the checkout procedure by providing the checkout information & payment information, On submit I keep getting " Complete the CAPTCHA to continue", no matter how many times I complete it.

Can someone please help me with this?

Having the same issue. A customer wrote in to complain after trying for the 6th time.

Having the same issue. I was getting a TON of spam and fake accounts so I enabled CAPTCHA but now several customers can’t check out…

I can’t imagine how many customers I’m losing while they are attempting to check out and just don’t reach out.

Did you manage to fix this? We have the same issue and trying to sort it out urgently!

How did you enable/disable captcha for checkout? Can’t find the setting for this anywhere!

What worked for us was to get the respective customers to clear the browser cache and try again.

The number of potential clients who didn’t reach out to us and consequently dropped out is unknown.
