I bought the domain via shopify and i opened the subdomains from domain section
like acccount
payment etc
but wehn i am trying to customer accounts to account.xxxxx.com it says server error
I tried to add txt but should i change the A recod and CNAME
Also i will be appriciate if anybody tell me from the begining i could check all my dids…

Thank you for your post. Can you tell me more about what you’re looking to accomplish with your subdomains? You don’t need to use subdomains to create new pages on your store, but rather they would be used to separate distinct content like a support page or blog, or if you wanted to create localized versions of your store. You can find more details and instructions in this help document!
If you’re still want to use subdomains and are seeing an error, could you share a screenshot of your domain settings? I’d be happy to take a closer look!
