Hello Shopify Support, I’m following up regarding an ongoing issue with setting up Payoneer Checkout Native Cards on my store (CreativeStoreBySandra). When I click the “Manage Account” button under this payment method, nothing happens — no redirect, no pop-up, no login prompt. just payoneer website page open and i do sign in to my account but its not connected to Shopify Payoneer Checkout Native Cards Page and nothing happens there, the manage button is still enabled and activate button still disabled, I’ve already: Tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Used Incognito/Private Mode. Disabled all pop-up blockers. Cleared browser cache and cookies. Payoneer support has confirmed that this issue is entirely on Shopify’s side, as the “Manage Account” button and its functionality are controlled by Shopify, not Payoneer. Could you please escalate this or provide technical help to resolve why this button is unresponsive? I’d really appreciate a specific solution, as this issue is blocking my ability to accept payments.
