I am facing an urgent issue with my Shopify stores being frozen, which is impacting my ability to fulfill over 30 customer orders. The blockage is causing significant delays, and I need to resolve this as soon as possible to meet my shipping commitments and avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

Could anyone provide advice on how to expedite the resolution process? Additionally, any tips on what to communicate to Shopify support to address this issue effectively would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @KelvinBerster , you must fill out the dispute form if you think you did not violate the terms of services, you may fill out the form and submit, it and wait for their decision, or you may contact support from your other Shopify store, if you don’t have any, create one to access Shopify.
