I am facing an issue with my Shopify store domain: weltime.ru
The website opens properly in India and other regions, but some users in Russia are unable to access it. The store is hosted on Shopify, SSL is active, DNS is correctly connected, and Shopify shows the domain as live globally.
I have already checked:

However, some Russian users still cannot open the website.

What’s more likely is a cached bad response sitting at the ISP level for certain users — Cloudflare sometimes serves a stale or blocked response to specific regions and it just stays there until the cache refreshes.
The quickest thing to try is purging your Cloudflare cache — go into your Cloudflare dashboard, under Caching, and hit Purge Everything. That forces a fresh response for everyone and often clears up exactly this kind of regional inconsistency without you having to dig deeper into routing issues.
On the affected users’ side, ask them to clear their browser cache and flush their local DNS as well. It sounds too simple but it genuinely fixes this more often than you’d expect, especially if the issue appeared suddenly without any changes on your end.
If it’s still happening for specific people after that, find out which ISP they’re on — that’ll tell you pretty quickly whether it’s a broader Cloudflare routing issue or something isolated to one or two providers.
I’d blame this on the trans-border internet traffic problems/filtering/blocking.
This may differ from one ISP to another, so that’s why some of your visitors encounter problems, but others do not.
But also consult Shopify terms of service to confirm whether it’s legal to use Shopify in Russia.
Finally, your translations to Russian are not good.
Rather hire a Russian-speaker to do that, do not rely on AI.
