Submit button of contact form not submitting

Hi,

I’m trying to add a contact form to my product pages that open in a dialog div.

I’ve copied parts of my standard contact form to the code of an existing element of my website however I cant submit the form.

The form pops up when clicking on “Meer informatie”, I’ve added an image showing the location of the form.

I’ve also added the code used in the appendix.

Can anyone tell my why my form isn’t submitting?

There is an issue with form tag. Your HTML is not containing form tag for contact form to submit.

Can I check the code from Admin side if you are okay then I will send a collaboration request.
