I am looking to add a subscription service for my meal delivery business. Could anyone suggest the best app/plug in, in order for customers to sign up and have options to choose from in regards to how many meals per week, value or meals etc.

In this case, Easify Box Builder can fully handle the experience of selecting meals directly on the product page, while Appstle Subscription can be used alongside it to manage the recurring subscription part.
Here’s an example I’ve created so you can see how it works:
In BB, you can create a Pick Your Own Meals page that lets customers build their own box by selecting individual meals, mix and match as they like, set a limit on the number of items in the box, and clearly display the box status in the right-side panel. The price will update in real time based on the number of meals selected.
