We just launched a subscription promo on our coffee site. We had a developer create a custom subscription selector. We discovered post launch (yes we reviewed several times pre-launch) that even though you select one of the two timeframes, it does not carry over to the cart. The cart shows every week delivery. Further more, the subscriptions are not syncing up with the Bold app which is what we use to maintain memberships. I have been unsuccessful in reaching our developer or getting any kind of immediate response out of them and we are looking for immediate help. We have had to turn off this page and go to a collection selection method so unfortunately, I cannot replicate in screen shots right now.
