We’ve recently been finding that local pickup isn’t working for some shops when items in the cart are being purchased on subscription. This isn’t true for all shops (in fact it seems that it works well on most) but recently we’ve had a few Shopify Plus merchant who are unable to get the pickup location to display when the items in the cart are on subscription, though it works when the items are one-time purchases.
Shipping/pickup can be confusing but we’ve tried everything we can think of to make it work on these shops with no luck even though we can make it work pretty easily on most. I’ll leave out direct references to the shops but I’m happy to provide them via direct message.
We tried using Shopify support to work through this but they were unable to provide a solution.

I’m not sure what other data I can provide. There are no shipping profiles other than general, though I don’t think that should impact local delivery. Please let me know if there’s more information that I could give to help troubleshoot. And again, happy to provide shop IDs and information via DM.
If it weren’t for this issue recently coming up on a few Plus shops all within a week or two I probably would have overlooked it but it seems like its potentially an issue.
