Subscription not charged after 30days with Managed Pricing

Hello Community,

I have a shopify app using Managed Pricing. All working well and I see stores being charges monthly on a Starter plan (10$/month)

Now, I have a new subscription on an Enterprise plan (35$/month) that started on 30 April and now it’s the first of June and the store is still not yet charged.

Is this normal ? What should I do if it’s not?

But I’m the one developing the app and need a solution for the not charged store
