Is there any subscription app with a free plan (I just want to test it) which provides a possibility to add product subscription widget on homepage (in the section of featured product)? I’ve tried a few but there is always a problem with adding the widget on homepage.

What do you mean specifically about adding the widget to the homepage? Like you just want the subscription to be a freestanding signup form on the homepage?
Not really freestanding but attached to the featured product section.
Hi there @Maciek like Ketan already mentioned, the seal subs app has a free plan and generally handles the major subscription needs a store could have from my knowledge, have you gotten it a try already?
Thank you! Yes, I did and in fact Ketan also tried to help me after getting access to the store and also claimed that it lacks option of adding subsripction form to featured product section on homepage.

I’ve run into similar issues where apps say they support homepage widgets but then either hide the block in the theme editor or only allow the UI inside product pages. It feels like the Shopify ecosystem has a gap between what merchants expect and what some apps actually deliver in the free tier.

So double-check the theme’s sections/settings after installing — sometimes the widget shows up as a content block you just need to enable.
Also, while I was browsing ideas for clearer UX expectations (nothing to do with subscriptions specifically), I found sites like Purely Mushroom — the way they structure clarity and simplicity on product pages made me think about how a subscription UI should be just as intuitive. If the widget feels like a bolt-on rather than part of the product experience, customers might not even notice it.
No perfect answer yet, but let us know what theme you’re using — sometimes that’s the missing piece for making the subscription choice actually show up where you want it.
