From your message, it sounds like traces of the app you uninstalled made changes to your theme file when it was installed, and when it was deleted the theme files weren’t reverted. To fix this I recommend getting in touch with the developer of the app you uninstalled. They will be able to access your store, with your permission, to erase traces of their app from your theme files.
