I started a free trial 4 months ago. I have tried to cancel it many times. Since then I have been billed 3 seperate times of $42.17. I cant figure out how to cancel it. I have tried everything. My bank account is empty now because of it but I keep getting notifications from shopify saying that they are trying to withdraw the $42.17, but I have insufficient funds now because they took it all. How can I get a refund and completely close my store. I am really struggling and I need the money back.

If you have not yet, you will need to contact our support team in our Help Center: Contact Support. Our community support team is not able to assist in account closures or refunds directly. If you have access to the online store account then you can close the store once all pending bills are resolved. If you have an active pending bill only our authenticated support team will be able to assist you further. Using the link I shared you can open the AI chat window and type “contact support” to get started.
