Subscription Webhook Not Listed For My Shop

I’m creating a subscription app on my development store and the store is eligible for subscription purchases:

But when I try to set webhooks for the store, I cannot find the subscription sontract webhook in the drop down list:

Have I missed anything in the configuration?

If it helps anybody, the subscription contract webhooks can be set using APIs only. Hence it is not listed in the Admin portal where we set the webhooks.
