Suddenly can't access anything after adding two factor authentication to my account

So I added 2 factor authentication successfully after being prompted to do so by shopify while setting up my now account and store. However now NOTHING will load.

I can’t even contact support because I keep getting hit with this error message and my account in the top right doesn’t even show my name, it’s returning with a null and that I have missing account details, but I do not. Is something going on?
