Every single time I try to access my shopify stores, no matter the browser, internet, etc. I get prompted with a screen saying me, my email does not have access to view this page. Does not matter what page I try to load, every time I try to enter shopify I am prompted with this.
Shopify did send me an email saying, “We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policies (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.” when it happened, but I am not sure what I did. The products I was selling were completely fine to shopifys terms, and I have had this store for quite a while and this was very random.
I have tried to clear my cookies, and talked to a shopify employee about it, but the only thing they told me was “I cant access it” and ended the chat, so I would really like some assistance.
