Hi, @vikrant1234 .

Rio here from the Shopify Community team.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the recent changes you made to your store, and for giving us the details about the issue. We are sorry to hear that your store’s speed has slowed down and the layout has changed after installing a wishlist app and making some CSS customizations.

Based on the information you have provided, it seems like the issue is localized to your homepage in two sections. One possible solution is to undo the app changes and any CSS modifications you made prior to the issue. Alternatively, you can try loading a previous version of your theme if possible.

We also suggest reaching out to the app developer to see if they can help integrate the app without causing any slowdowns. They may be able to provide guidance on how to optimize the app’s functionality, or make any necessary adjustments to ensure that the app runs smoothly with your store.

Can you let me know which app you used?

yes but this two sections issue are also occur on all my duplicates theme

It seems like the issue with your store’s speed and layout changes might be related to the recently installed wishlist app or the CSS modifications you made. To resolve the issue, you can follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the wishlist app: Go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Apps, find the wishlist app, and uninstall it. Check if the store’s speed and layout return to normal. If not, proceed to the next step.

  2. Revert CSS changes: If you have a backup of your theme before making the CSS changes, you can roll back to that version. If not, you’ll need to manually undo the changes you made in the theme’s CSS files. In most cases, the relevant file will be theme.scss.liquid or theme.css.liquid. After undoing the changes, check if the issues are resolved.

  3. Inspect the theme code: If the problems persist, there might be conflicts or errors in your theme’s code. Open your browser’s developer console (usually by pressing F12) and look for any errors or warnings in the Console tab. You can also use the Network tab to see if there are any slow-loading assets that might be affecting your store’s speed.

  4. Check other apps: Some apps might conflict with your theme or other apps. Review the apps you’ve installed and disable or remove any that might be causing problems.

  5. Test on different devices and browsers: The issue might be related to specific devices or browsers. Test your store on different devices and browsers to see if the problem is consistent across all platforms.

  6. Contact the app developer: If the issue only occurs with the wishlist app installed, contact the app developer for assistance. They might be able to help you resolve any conflicts or issues with their app.

  7. Consult a Shopify Expert or developer: If you’re still experiencing issues, consider hiring a Shopify Expert or developer to diagnose and fix the problem. They can help you identify any underlying issues and ensure your store is running smoothly.

Remember to always create a backup of your theme before making any changes, so you can easily revert to a previous version if needed.
