I have a custom Shopify app installed in my store (post-purchase-gamification). Everything was working fine before, but all of a sudden, I am unable to load the app page — it just shows a blank page with the broken file icon (screenshot attached).
I haven’t made any changes to the app or store configuration recently.
Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be related to Shopify updates, app settings, or something else? Any guidance on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
